Send a message with the form and we’ll reply by email. For a bug, say which app, which device and what happened, and the steps that led up to it if you know them.
Playris
Playris can send us a report from inside the app. Open Settings › Account › Troubleshooting and choose Send Report, ideally right after the problem happens. The report carries the playback details we need, and sign-in tokens are stripped out before it leaves the Apple TV.

Apple bills Playris Premium. To cancel a subscription on Apple TV, open Settings › Users and Accounts, choose your account, then Subscriptions.
Cosmash and Beatwing
Both games are coming to iPhone and aren’t on the App Store yet. Their pages describe how they play: Cosmash and Beatwing.
Where is my progress saved?
On your iPhone. The games have no accounts and don’t send your progress anywhere. If you delete a game, its progress goes with it.
Something isn’t working
Use the form above and include your iPhone model, your iOS version and what you were doing when it happened.
Purchases and refunds
Apple handles payment for every purchase in our apps, so we never see your card details. To ask for a refund, sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com.
